Refund and cancellation

This policy applies to paid personal decision-planning engagements agreed in writing with Data Harbor Decision Planning Co., Ltd. Several timeframes below are standard market proposals pending business confirmation.

Scope

Fees cover facilitated sessions, preparation, and written comparison materials as defined in your engagement letter—not third-party costs you incur (government fees, travel, translations).

Cancellation by you

• More than 7 days before a scheduled session: full refund of any prepaid session fee for that session, or reschedule once at no charge.
• Within 7 days: 50% of the scheduled session fee retained to cover reserved time; remainder refunded or credited.
• No-show without notice: session fee for that appointment is non-refundable.

Cancellation by us

If we must cancel, you receive a full refund for any unused prepaid amount or a mutually agreed reschedule.

After work has started

Custom comparison documents delivered electronically are non-refundable once sent. Partial refunds for multi-session packages may be considered proportionally for unused sessions if you cancel in writing before the next session begins.

Deposits

Deposits stated in your engagement letter secure calendar holds. Deposits are refundable under the cancellation windows above unless marked non-refundable for bespoke research blocks.

How to request a refund

Email info@data-harbor.digital with your name, engagement reference, and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen business days where practicable.

Consumer rights

Nothing here limits rights you have under the Thai Consumer Protection Act where they apply.
