This notice explains how we process personal data when you use data-harbor.digital, in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form we collect the fields you enter: name, email, optional phone, optional decision topic, and message text. When you use the cookie banner we store your consent choice locally in your browser (see our cookie notice).

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site. No analytics or third-party tracking runs on this site.

Purposes and legal bases

We use inquiry data solely to read, assess, and respond to your request for personal decision-planning information or engagement. Processing is based on your request (contractual steps at your request) and our legitimate interest in operating a professional inquiry channel, balanced against your rights.

Consent choices for cookies are processed based on your explicit selection via the banner.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after our last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required by law or ongoing engagement. Consent strings in localStorage remain until you clear site data or change your choice.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Inquiry content may be accessed by staff and facilitators who need it to respond. We do not transfer data outside Thailand unless you ask us to communicate with an overseas party and that sharing is necessary for your request.

Your PDPA rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable, and withdraw consent for cookie storage at any time via browser settings or by contacting us. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.

Security

Inquiries are submitted over HTTPS to a form handler on the same domain (/api/inquiry). Technical logs on the server are limited to what is needed to deliver and secure the service.

We will post updates on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes affecting inquiry handling will be highlighted here.
